No, I do not sell digital files of my artwork. All prints are physical, high-quality unframed prints that will be shipped directly to you.
2. Are the prints framed?
No, the prints are sold unframed. This allows you to choose your own frame to best suit your personal style and home décor.
3. Where do you ship from?
All prints are shipped from the USA.
4. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase. After that, I begin processing your order and unfortunately, cancellations cannot be made.
5. Can I make changes to my order?
Yes, changes to your order (such as print size, shipping address, etc.) can be made within 2 hours of purchase. After that, changes cannot be accommodated.
6. How long will it take for you to respond to my messages?
I aim to respond to all messages within 24 hours. Your satisfaction is my priority, and I will get back to you as quickly as possible.
7. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 4 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to follow its journey.
8. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products, I cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to me and I will gladly resolve the issue.
